About this listen
To the woman who longs to love what she sees in the mirror and to break free from shame and judgment—this book is for you.
In a world obsessed with youth, it’s easy to feel invisible or “not enough.” The anti-aging industry has distorted our view of beauty, convincing us that beauty fades with time. But there is another way.
Thoughtful Aging invites you to discover a deeper truth: your beauty comes from within—rooted in your values, experiences, and the love that surrounds you. It’s about embracing the changes that come with age and finding fulfillment beyond the surface.
In this audiobook, you’ll explore:
- How anti-aging culture has shaped our perception of our worth—and why it’s time to change that
- What it means to honor the aging process and embrace the wisdom it brings
- The gifts of aging, including resilience and the opportunity to leave a legacy
- The options for maintaining a youthful appearance while staying true to yourself
- How to create a longevity plan that nourishes your body, mind, and spirit
This is your invitation to stop striving for unattainable ideals and start valuing your life and beauty on your own terms. Together, we’ll redefine what it means to age with grace and purpose. Let’s begin this journey toward honoring the fullness of who you are—inside and out.

When is the version for men
This book was given to someone and I picked it up and could not put it down. The insights and thoughtfulness related to aging and the impact of the antiaging industry is nothing short of profound while clearly this book is written for women and the unique challenges they face in Owning their own beauty, I hope a version for men comes out because there is so much of our self image that we either overly privilege or completely dismiss. To educate men with some of these constructs would have a substantial impact on the women in their lives. It’s impossible for a man to truly understand the struggle as it would be for a woman to understand the struggles of a man. Well done, Miss Wilson. I’ll be looking for the follow up.
