A real page turner

I got a recommendation for this book on BlueSky knowing it was an independent publication and the story blew past my expectations. I very much enjoyed the world building of the near future that’s a conflict is based around. Got invested in the characters by the end of it. And looking forward to the sequel. The one caution I would give people is the editing and microphone is not perfect but did not bother me too much to interrupt listening to the story.
