What’s important is being able to work through the issues—so those feelings of inadequacy don’t overtake you. This is a story of how Rontay helps Donjae overcome those feeling—and how the sex turned out to be something extraordinary. Fire and Water

I think Fire and Water is the best of the 3.
there were a few clips from one of the other short stories.
but I didn't see the ending of Fire and Ice coming.. that's what I enjoyed the most.

Erotic stories, with some flaws

The stories are sexy and erotically creative.

However, the criticism about narration and continuity is valid. Two stories "The Quarterback" and "Fire & Water" have an identical male on male encounter, where character names were simply substituted; and at one point in "The Quarterback", during the shower moment, the author forgets one of the characters name and calls him Brad instead of Jason.

"First Time Inside" is the only story with no annoying or jarring errors; however, there is one brief continuity error when Rontae and Donjay are engaged sexually (then author forgets that it's Rontae who is topping Donjay). It had a nice ending, as well.

"Fire & Water" also has a nice change of pace, where it switched to David looking for parts at HomeDepot - a bait & switch that made one think that David was to have a sexual encounter himself. This ending was clever, as we learn Michael's real intentions regarding David.

The Virtual Voice is quite impressive, but during "First Time Inside", it kept pronouncing Donjae's name differently in subsequent sentences, repeatedly - saying "Dongay" with a hard 'G'. As with the Brad/Jason slipup, it was very annoying and took me out of the story.

That said, all of the stories are engaging and eroric dispite the errors. But these types of errors I see a lot in self published eBooks.

It was enjoyable enough that I even listened to it one sitting. I also wished it was a video.

Lazy writing

The writer use the exact verbiage except for the character’s names to describe in wonderful detail of the sexual scene in the first and third stories. It is just laziness on the part of the writer to copy and paste the whole sexual scene. Other than that, Joseph Ray is a good and entertaining writer.

Very jerky dialog.

The dialog sounded like it was written by a junior high student and the virtual voice did not help that at all.
