Real practical life hope
Thank you to Carissa for writing a book on living and sometimes struggling through life and faith. It is a book of hope through some of both the daily and life challenges we face and how her faith in God helped her and her family through these difficulties. She unpacks some Biblical principles and applies them to our lives in real and practical ways.

Openness
I love books that have the author reading it to you. You can hear in their voice their experience. It makes the book come more to life. It’s a great book of walking you through the hard things in life, but their is hope in all of it. God never asks us to do things that He won’t be involved in.

Honesty and Transparency
The author told her story in a way that is relatable and raw. Biblical stories and references were accurately shared that were relevant and applicable. Her explanation of why we need to trust God and obey his asking is compelling.
The author’s reading of the book is easy to understand and pleasant to listen to.
