A sweet and compassion woman framed when a family of an elderly woman she cares for is missing expensive possessions. Coming from a family who live on the wrong side of the law she is threatened and runs from her home. Running out of money she finds a cheap motel and continues to have bD luck when the motel catches fire. Aahh but her luck changes when best friends and lovers (policeman and fireman) know shortly after meeting her she is the completion to their dream family
Part of a series, but can be read alone, secondary characters were the main focus of previous books
All characters to care and root for, the book and series have a great basis and the author does a great job setting up the threesome. An entertaining and sweet series with great narration.

Loved the love stories

Very decent series I think Mary Carr has definitely become one of my most favorites

Definitely Hot and Heavy

This is an amazing addition to the series. Hazel, Kayden, and Aldo are fantastic characters that pulled me into their story from start to finish. Hazel has been through so much and Kayden aand Aldo were absolutely perfect for her. I loved the way their relationship developed. This story is sweet and steamy and beautifully written.

Theo Sinclair, Oliver Highpoint, and Marina Barrett are absolutely amazing. Their performance is excellent as they bring eac character to life. I love having the three narrators so each character gets their own voice.

I loved Kayden and Aldo, and loved them even more when they met mzel after the hotel she was in burned down and they thought she was the one to complete them.  She was on the run from some bad stuff that happened to her and didn’t tell them at first, even though she was falling for them.  I really loved their relationship and how sweet Kayden and Aldo are.  All their family and friends and even the haunted Inn are in this story.  It was a very sexy fun listen that you shouldn’t miss. You get a hint of the next story at the end of this one, and I can’t wait! 
The narration was done by Theo, Marina, and Oliver and really made the book great to listen to.

A Winning Trifecta! Amazing Story & Listen🎧

I am loving this series and the world Mari Carr created, the stories are original with interesting storylines that are captivating from start to end. Each book in the series features different lead characters and while the story stands on its own, characters from the earlier books make appearances and knowing their backstory adds some depth, plus seeing them again is like seeing an old friend. This fifth book is Kayden Gallo, Aldo Moretti and Hazel Walsh’s story, and I absolutely adored these three characters. Hazel is a nurse who loves her job taking care of an elderly woman, but when things go missing from her patient’s home, her children accuse her of stealing, something she would never do. They fire her and threaten to call the police if she does not return the items. Then she finds out who was behind the thefts, her loser, ex-convict uncle, and she feels responsible. Paranoid she was going to take the fall for his crime she flees and ends up in Philadelphia, but her bad luck doesn’t end, there is a fire in the motel she was staying in and she not only loses all her belongings but her car too. A police officer was on the scene and she was hesitant to talk to him because she thinks they are after her, but he and his firefighter friend just wanted to help her. Kayden and Aldo are best friends, they were more to each other at one point, but both of them were too into women to be lovers. That does not mean they stopped hoping to find the perfect woman to make a perfect trouple. And they sense Hazel may be that woman, but they sense something is up with her and they have to be careful to not scare her away. I loved how everything played out in this book, the writing, plotting and world building is fantastic, as is the character growth and development. I thought it was great how helpful everyone was with Hazel and how they accepted her into their group of friends. Mari Carr, thank you for another fabulous and smoking hot romance novel. 

🎧📚🎧  And for the wonderful narration, Theo Sinclair, Marina Barrett and Oliver Highpoint were the perfect cast to bring these characters and story to life. They had a complete understanding of the characters they were portraying, giving each a voice that suited that character and was believable in every role they played. You could hear how much heart they put into their performance as they captured all the characters’ emotions and have you feeling every single one. They are entertaining storytellers and their narration enhances an already fabulous story to another level. Thank you for another amazing listen.
