So Good

This was amazing I can’t wait for book 2. I love how swords crossed, not much indecisiveness in this one which I love in a book. I hate whining and none of that. You won’t be disappointed.

Spice/Storyline A

I'm so pleased to know the mfc isn't a whiney damsel in need of rescuing.

Enticing

A magical, mystical and majestically sensual romance. If you are down for a guilty-pleasure love story, this is the story for you. Goodness, I haven't blushed this much in a long time. I enjoyed going on this enchanting and enticing adventure with Chloe, Lachlan and Alec. Enjoyable story!

It was ok!

It was an ok story. The focus is definitely on the spice, while being light on plot. The premise was definitely curious and I would have loved for the background to be expanded on more than it was.

The sexual tension between the three.

I liked the story line. It brings you into a quickly developing relationship. It felt like it was written by a man. This is the part that brought confusion. I like the romance of a book not necessarily the raw porn like material. Don’t get me wrong I like the sex scenes not the lack in development of the building up to the scene itself. The most appealing factor that this is the closest thing I’ve read to a Anne Rice’s Sleeping Beauty

A lot of smut

Soo I bought this audiobooks because the idea of a thriple intrigued me. The two males one female and the fated mate idea was what drew my interest. Of course dragon based fantasy romance was also appealing. Though I would say the audio readers along with the storyline was a bit lost for me. The book starts pretty quickly with the female lead already having had thoughts and feelings for her two male bosses. We don’t get much background other than they’re hot. She worked for them about a year. I think it was and everything just spirals from there. The audio readers accent or trying an accent wasn’t great kind of pulled me out of it every once in a while, including when it switched back-and-forth from male to female perspectives. We got a little story and kind of little more lore and world building. But the bulk of this book is purely smut chapters. Every other chapter if not every chapter has some sort sex driven scene and little actual story or plot points. All in all it’s decent if you’re just here to read or listen to smut and spicier scenes. If your looking for plot and story other then the small handful your given this isn’t a great idea.

The narrators were superb!!

The story was easy to follow nothing to deep. It was enjoyable. There’s more smut than story and if that’s your thing this is your jam because the steam was steaming!!! Overall I enjoyed this book.

This story could have been great. Unfortunately while I found it entertaining in my opinion it was merely okay.

On the positive side there were some great twists in the story that totally came out of left field. Plus the author can write some fantastically erotic sex scenes. There were plenty of them and they weren’t in the usual or expected couplings. The switch up was nice to come across in the wide world of ménage romance.

On the negative side my enjoyment of the story was brought down by the multiple issues I found. The biggest being that this was supposed to be a work trip yet not once was work brought up. Not even in an offhand comment. Another issue I have with the story is the lack of trigger warning. The situation was handled with as little emotion as possible but I can still see some readers/listeners being bothered by it. Especially since I feel that it was unnecessary.

Both of the narrators blew me away with their performances. They both made sure that each of the three main characters had their own voice. I loved that! They’re definitely skilled and I’ll be on the lookout for more books narrated by them.

Storyline kept me so engaged I couldn't pull myself away! Can't wait until book 2 is released!
