It’s winter holiday time at Treemeadow College, and theatre professor Nicky Abbondanza, his husband and theatre associate professor Noah Oliver, their son Taavi, and best friends Martin and Ruben are donning their gay apparel in a musical version of Scrooge’s A Christmas Carol, entitled "Call Me Carol!"
More than stockings are hung when hunky chorus members drop like snowflakes. Once again, our favorite thespians will need to use their drama skills to catch the killer and make the yuletide gay before their Christmas balls get cracked. You will be applauding and shouting Bravo for Joe Cosentino’s fast-paced, side-splittingly funny, edge-of-your-seat entertaining 11th novel in this delightful series.
Take your seats. The stage lights are coming up on an infamous miser, S&M savvy ghost, Victorian lovers of the past, present, and future, a not so Tiny Tim, and murder!

The title is by Drama Christmas it is book… in the Nicky and Noah mystery series. You don’t have to read in order but it does help to know the characters and their friends better as it’s an on going series though each mystery is solved in each book.
The cover is cute and goes well with the title. Then I read the blurb and it really got my interest because a musical remake of the Christmas Carol plus a cozy mystery! Yes please
I read this book before but this was the audio version. Omg it was fabulous.
The narrator nailed all the different voices ( and there is a lot. ) conveyed the emotion well snd even sang the musical bits! Wonderful!
If you can get the audio I highly recommend it!
Who’s my favorite main character Nicky of course but you have to love them all! ( Was there another character I loved and why) Taavi as usual was a show stealer but he may have competition in this one!
The story is a cozy romantic mystery and a funny remake of a Christmas Carol.
Were there significant plot twists and turns? These books always have so many twists. I was so sure I had this figured out but man was I wrong… again.
These books always make me laugh. They are a go to when I need a pick me up.
I loved the ending. It was HEA and tied up the story well.
How hot was the book? These books have lots of sexual inuendo but most sex is off page.
If you like a cozy mystery with lots of humor, interesting characters, twists and turns you will love this series.
Fun rendition of a Christmas Carol
