A grumpy Matt Haynes yes please!

I really enjoyed this book it was a sweet story , I always enjoy this author and the Narrator so i wasnt disappointed at all .

Terrific book!

I loved reading the the book but enjoyed it even more when listening to the Audible version of it. Felice Stevens is s fantastic author who brings her characters to life in every book of her's that I have read do far.

Heart warming

Love everything about this book From beginning to end, so sweet make my Sunday brighter. Definitely Recommend 100%, Love is love you can't get away from that.😍😍

Grumpy/Sunshine and age gap! Yes!

Hi Y’all! Come in and grab a Heineken or glass of wine and some sushi while I tell you about this book I just listened to.
The title is on the 2 by Felice Stevens
The cover is hot and goes well with the title. Then I read the blurb and it really got my interest because grumpy / sunshine and age gap? Yep I’m in.

Who’s my favorite main character ? Ethan because of his bubbly outgoing nature but close second was Nash because… yeah sexy older grump? I liked Alex to… I can’t say Nash’s friend but closest thing to one. I found he had a book too and yep I’m going after that. .

The story has several settings. There is the 2 where they met and a lot happens. Then Ethan’s workplace and co-workers and friends there, Ethan’s apartment , Nash’s office and his apart. There’s more less significant places too. I loved how there are so many settings but they all make the story move and interesting.
The story is a sweet, fun feel good romance.
What surprised me most about the book was ? Something that happens with Nash’s dad. That was a real shock lol but I also relate since I too am in Nash’s same shoes in that aspect in a way… nope no hints gotta read or listen!
There’s a lot of plots going like the settings. I won’t list them all I’ll make you get the book. But there are jealous ex’s and plenty of life twist and turns.
What did I like best? Everything. It’s just one of those books that hook you but I think I’ll pick the meeting on the 2. This was a pretty unique meet cute!
This story is full of feels! But if your a Felice fan you expect that… if this is a first you’ll be addicted and know if you need a pick up grab one of her books. This is now top of my list.

I loved the ending. It was HFN but we know we are getting one with Felice just not how loll this was unexpected and sweet and really brought together a few things.

I listened to this on audio and the narration really made the book. The voices are separate enough you can tell who is who, the tension you can feel. It was great.
I recommend this if you can get it ( if not get the book and whispersync)

How hot was the book? 2 it’s hot but lots of sexual tension too.
If you like grumpy/sunshine, age gap, opposites attract you will love this!

Wonderful Love Story!

Swoon! I absolutely loved Nash and Ethan! I initially read their story, and when I finished, I knew I'd want to revisit them in audio. Matt Haynes drew me right back into these guys and never let go! Lately grumpy/sunshine has been my go-to, and their story totally hit the mark for me. As usual, Felice’s characters just grab you from the start and never let go! Matt did a fantastic job giving these characters a voice. These two meet on the train, and I loved how Ethan wouldn’t stop needling at Nash each time these two crossed each others path. I adored the banter these two shared as they started off as seat mates, friends of sort, and more. Ethan became the sunshine that Nash needed in his life. He showed Nash how to open himself up to living. I loved their sweet romance and the sexy times. I loved their chemistry, connection and how much you could tell these two cared about each other. The bit of relationship drama fit their story, and helped move them through their roadblocks and clear the way for their relationship to grow. It was wonderful to see characters we’ve come to love from previous books pop up! This was a wonderful age-gap, grumpy sunshine, and opposites attract story that’s not to be missed!

I thought it was good the first time but relisting to this book a second time not so much. the nice guy gets cheated up & then he starts looking another that treats him terrible from the very beginning. once I got to the point where they bumped into each other again after their first kiss was just messed up. I couldn't keep listening with how Nash continues to treat him. the nice guy said he won't stand for that but yet the writer continues to let him be treated like he wish he wasn't there. the a$$ of the guy doesn't even feel bad for treating him like he isn't worth his time. when they first kissed, he wanted to hook up but again the nice guy wasn't worth wanting it from him but for some reason the writer writes him thinking of him for days until the meet again just to be treated like he doesn't want him there. disappointing
