My kids 9,8,3 all loved the story of Jomar and zefa. The journey is not gentle but the struggle is rewarded by Zefa’s good heart and Jomar’s hard work. The adventure is captivating for my older kiddos.

I listened to this book for a homeschool assignment, and I’m so glad that I did! Very emotional, makes you realize how hard it was back then. You really feel for Jomar and Zefa on this journey for survival.
