passes for what is appropriate. I practice on my Husband and my step sons...and my cat!!! I grew up in an environment either abusive or neglective...these books give me wisdom and also I am much happier do in large part to a wonderful husband. Thank you for writing!!!

I love Cathy’s writing style and the fact these are true stories of her experiences. I have learned so much listening to her stories. I feel like I know Cathy. Feel like we are friends. I admire the work she does and admire the heart she puts into it. Makes life make a little more sense.

Yourself and your books have always inspired me in someway. I honestly cried when you made your announcement because i have been reading your books for many years now . However I 100 % support your decision and think you deserve your me time. Just know even if they didn’t thank you and even throw you a party ( and they so should have done) We all thank you and think you have a heart of gold. Cathy Glass always writes great.books. The endings are positive & the ups & downs of children are well presented

absolutely amazing

i have binge listened to all the books by cathy glass. they are a hugh eye opener and i actually learned so much. the narrator has a very calming voice which is hard to find. I love the caring and love cathy shows all of the children.

Great ⠃⠕⠕⠅

Once again, Cathy Glass shares her fostering experiences with us. She has her hands full with Damien, who has challenges with food. His mother Rachel can't cope with three young children. When Damien is involved in a crime with her boyfriend, his siblings are taken into care. Also, she visits a previous foster placement, Lara and her son. The ending is typical of Cathy's other foster memoirs, with the ⠡⠝ going to liv with anotheq family. All this takes place during the pandemic.
The narrator is fantastic, using different voices for the children and adults. She also narrates other Cathy Glass books. Excellent story.

I've loved these memoirs since I started reading them in 2020. I loved everything about the book, from the story to the narrator.
