Blazingly Brilliant

A wonderful twist on the classic story of Fae and Humans. Aleera Anaya Ceres creates an amazing world with wonderful characters. Ink Arnadine's narration is superb, providing depth to each character.

I love the way the narrators voice draws you in and keeps you wanting to know more. I love the book series, and this audio version is a chefs kiss!

Great fantasy read

Epic adventure and story. With a great dangle of romance in there! So many great micro tropes and story arcs I look forward to book 2!

Couldn’t stop

This was a wonderful book! The narrator really brought the words to life. I didn’t want to stop listening to it. The story is so good and I want more! Aleera is a wonderful writer and can really bring the emotions out of you. I felt every emotion Shula felt. I can’t wait to dive into the next book!

Review: I sadly was not a fan of the relationship of the main characters. I felt we took too much of the book with them hating each other, then to finally just forgive each other and get over how awful he has been to her. I'm not sure that I'll read more books in this series, but I do love her contemporary writing.
