I was pleased that this book was not only driven by the narrative of eyeliner's historicity, but that it included its use amongst men also.

The stories contained within are engaging, sometimes funny and sometimes heartbreaking. The story kept me engaged from beginning to end, with an apt finish that featured the celebrities and artists of today who also - like me - have made eyeliner part of their caper.

The narrator was excellent also.
