If you are familiar with Ice Planet Barbarians, this is right alongside in type of story. The writing for Nailing the Alien is not quite the same caliber as IPB in my opinion, but the story was super enjoyable nonetheless. We have a strong human female hiding out from a bounty and a male Orc in need of mellowing out. Their pairing is cute but primarily focused on sex. LOTS of playful innuendos written into the story. You need to go into this story expecting something light hearted, silly, playful, smutty.

This was an audio read for me, and the narration was great!

Cute story

While not as steamy as it could be, this is a cute story with interesting character interactions and an overall feel-good read.

Hilarious

I'm still not done with this.. But I couldn't resist. The panter and the innuendo language.. A bit too much to listen to it without headphones, however you will find yourself giggling in between. The funny awkward situations, and the 2nd hand embarrassment I felt through this book was so funny, a light and fun Mr. Grumpy VS ms sunshine . Very light break between my heavy readings.

Meh. Disappointing

I read to be entertained and use my imagination to travel. This was not worth my time. The supposedly funny comments were crude innuendos. I didn’t find it humorous. The female is the one thinking these crude things. I’m sure that is done, but it wasn’t believable. There is a novella included and it’s the same thing. It’s just feels like a teens crude thoughts. I wasn’t amused or entertained.
