Ronnell's book is a true gem that delivers sales wisdom in a clear and engaging manner. The mastery of sales communication showcased in this book makes it a must-listen for salespeople and marketers at any stage of their careers. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I listened to it twice!

Throughout the book, Ronnell's genuine spirit and extensive experience in sales and business shine through, making it an essential read for all sales professionals, regardless of their experience level. Great book that covers it all

Ronnell has a way of going back over some of the basics but also some of the things I’ve forgot in such a way that’s it’s very impactful. I’ve lightened to this whole book yesterday and will go through it again today! Would recommend this for sure!

Real Talk. Practical Advice. Poignant Examples. For anyone in any business.

Ronnell doesn’t just talk the talk. He walks the walk. He’s been there, and he shares those stories, good and tough, that contributed to his knowledge of sales. Then he follows that up with practical steps to take.

I am a small business artist and gallery owner, and I got a lot out of this book. It’s not just for those in stereotypical sales fields. Anyone in any type of sales will benefit from this book. And it’s such a quick read! But don’t take my word for it. Read the book for yourself and tell me if I’m wrong.

Fantastic book and should be read by all sales professionals.

This is a great book.
I met Ronnell virtually in 2016-17. We connected over LinkedIn and scheduled a call to network. I instantly felt Ronnell’s genuine spirit, and connected with his experience in sales and business. This book should be read by all sales professionals regardless of tenure.

Great job Ronnell. Now it’s time for me to get back to shutting the hell up and selling!!!

Excellent Reminders & Great Tools

I would recommend this book to anyone doing any type of sales. With this easy to read & listen to guide (I read it then listened to it) you will improve your skills if you follow Ronnell’s lead.

Like it’s title, this book does much more with less

There is so much wisdom and value packed into this book.

Ronnell has a unique way to say so much in so few words, which is really the point.

Sales is hard. Sales people make it harder by trying to say more. The sale ends up becoming about them and the customer is lost.

The best approach, shut up and listen!

I love this book!! It is definitely not a one time read, but something you can come back to time and time again for a refresh or because you missed something.

With Ronnell’s impressive track record of success, you can be assured that the information is valuable for success.

Stop Talking, Start Solving

I finished the audiobook "Shut the Hell Up and Sell" by Ronnell Richards. He flips the script on traditional sales tactics, showing how true success comes from focusing on client solutions, not self-promotion. My favorite takeaway from the book is “Own the Relationship, Not Just the Deal.” Your client experience may be stellar, but social capital doesn't always follow you. Understand if you're building transactional or transformative relationships.
