I’m am truly inspired by Kent’s journey. I personally know Kent and worked with him for a few years at BFI. To see where he came from at a young cheeky age to where he has risen to isn’t surprising, but it has definitely put a smile on my face.

When the book came to an end I said Nooooo!! This is an awesome book speaking to areas we currently overlook in our businesses and work. This book came to me at a time when needed and can see why the author is a successful entrepreneur. It's the people you hire and even yourself that drives the business. I immediately put a few practices in place and have seen a turnaround. Kent, exceptionally done, loved it and any entrepreneur who wants to see a turnaround needs this book.

Great book for anyone, specially those in the automotive industry

Found this book after reading about the top performing Big O Tires in the nation. I thought the person running the operation could mentor me, when doing more research I saw he had a book, and the book did not disappoint. Its like having his brain and thoughts for 4 hours, he gives great examples and best of all its a book that specifically talks about an industry i love and I’m highly involved. I will recommend for everyone in the tire business to read this book.
