Oh my goodness!!!! Soooo good!

Wow!!! I’m sitting here tonight healing from COVID-19 and this pops up when I open up my Audible to listen to a book while I am quarantined in my room away from my children and family. I actually finished every chapter. The synchronicity is blowing my mind! I am a yoga and meditation teacher and also a podcaster but I’ve never gotten into sound healing. I’ve always wanted too. What’s also crazy is that I just started following Pam Grout 2 days ago and he actually interviews her in this series. Mind BLOWING! The beautiful thing about finding this tonight is that the accompanying music and sounds have helped my Covid symptoms!!!
