Liked the organization and extensive content on various aspects of STRs….including examples and pitfalls to avoid…..great reference I can come back to over time!

Outstanding. Nuts a bolts + illustration

Many books in this genre either go heavy on mindset and motivation but light on details, or descend into dry technocratic analysis. This book does neither.

Instead, Avery provides the nuts-and-bolts roadmap for replicating her success, names and explains the steps and resources she relies on, and provides plenty of real-life examples to illustrate. She doesn’t purport to give the exhaustive manual, but she covers the waterfront of issues so readers know where the decision points and pitfalls might be, and then she explains how to approach them and often cites additional resources for those who want to delve deeper. In short, she covers numerous “unknown unknowns” and leaves the reader with a mix of “known knowns” and “known unknowns” for further study.

That is not to say this book fails to inspire motivation. Quite the contrary. Because Avery effectively weaves her own life story and numerous real-life illustrations throughout the instructional chapters, it would be hard to read this book and not come away with the vision to chart your own course and the motivation to actually pull the trigger.

Not real practical unless you already have money and great credit...but very very informative and easy to listen to. Very good advice too!

Best to the point RE book I’ve read!

Books usually have so many long drawn out stories and fluff in between all the advice so the advice gets lost in the mess of it all. But this book is straight to the point, tells you exactly what you need to know, and super helpful! I learned so much!
