  • Steven Jay Rubin (who discussed James Bond in Episode 74) visits again to indulge me in my deep-dive into The Twilight Zone and its creator, Rod Serling. The two of us spend a lot of time discussing how the writing of the series was heavily motivated my Rod's sense of activism and social reform. We also note that The Twilight Zone was one of the first examples of mainstream science fiction being made for adults.
