Another Five Star Story

Vivian Arend consistently keeps me enthralled and entertained. This Christmas book is no exception. Great storyline, character development along with Tatiana’s fantastic narration makes me so happy! Just the right amount of romance with an HEA. I always look forward to visiting one of Vivian’s fictional towns. Thanks for another wonderful book.

I loved this book. this book is a great love story. it really hit home for me. there was a lot of similarities of my life in this book. the friendships in this book are great . and so is the love for one another. this is been my favorite so far in the Christmas villas.

This was my first book by this author but it won’t be my last. I love love love a good small town series and getting to know all the characters and places. This book, while on the shorter side, checked all my feel-good boxes. I can’t wait to dive into the rest of the series.

Not my first audiobook by this narrator. She’s one of my favorites.

Sweet with heat!

Best friends to lovers is one of my favorite romance tropes and this one was so good! Add in a single dad with a sweet little girl and this made for a wonderful story.
Each of the books in this series can be read as a standalone but the epilogue at the end of each one is a teaser for the next story so you might want to read them in order. Having said that, I didn’t read them in order and I don’t regret that.
Ryan is finally ready to move on after the death of his wife eight years ago but he never expected to fall in love with his best friend. Tatiana Sokolov did another great job performing this audiobook.

An absolutely beautiful story.

This was another great book from this author.
The relationship between Ryan and Madison started out
as best friends when they were young.
Madison decided to visit her best friend over the Christmas brake
as she waited to start a new job.
Ryan was happy to see her and things soon changed in there filling towards
each other and Ryan’s daughter was absolutely delightful.
All round this was an amazing story.
The narrator really knows how to bring all the characters alive which brings the hole
book alive.

Nothing beats spending Christmas in Heart Falls. Ms. Arend continues to deliver, this time with Madison, Ryan and Talia's story. Who knew that a visit to Heart Falls would turn into a permanent move instead! As usual, Tatiana Sokolov brought the book to life narrating. Love the series! #vivianarend #heartfalls

Nothing Says Friendship Like an Ugly Christmas Sweater

Madison "Maddy" Joy and Ryan Zhao have a sweet and steamy friends-to-more story. I love their history that goes back to their tween years. I also love that for ages they truly were just friends with Maddy setting him up with his first wife.

I like how they each notice small changes, reactions to the other until it bubbles over. The transition may seem seamless, they each have insecurities and doubts that made me love them all the more. Add in Ryan's daughter, an ugly Christmas sweater, and one helluva twist on The Nutcracker, and the fun gets funner! 😄😉

As is to be expected, there are cameos from many of the Heart Falls townsfolk that I've come to love, including Colemans, Stones, and other firefighters. It's one of my favorite things about Vivian's books. 💜

I received an author's copy of the audio book. The narrator is Tatiana Sokolov, who narrates most (all?) of Vivian's books. She's really easy to listen to a she brings out the sass and heart of these lovable characters.

Enchanting

Love Christmas romance and this was a super winner. The storyline was amazing with a look at what was lost and what could become. The characters Ryan a single dad and his best friend Maddy who what’s to make this a amazing Christmas for him and his daughter. Love works it’s way into the holiday and they get there HEA. Great Christmas romance. The narration was great.

A bit too much time was spent on the Christmas play/fundraiser - didn't enjoy that section.
