Loved the series but it didn’t need…

The heavy sex. The story carried the day fine without the seemingly mandatory sex scenes to fast forward through.

Just saying.

Good character development and an engaging developing story line. Happy with all the flashback dreams in the last book to tie things up.

Great story line and read

I have read and reread the Gin stories and love them. This was especially satisfying as you felt some peace for him at the end.

The final solution

In this last book for a long while, Estep winds things up pretty well. Gin Bkanco and her friends finally lay The Circle and Uncle Mason to rest. There are a few battles in the story but Gin uses her brains more so to defeat her uncle. Her friends stick with her to the very end and Gin gains another ally. A good read all around but not as spectacular as earlier books. I know this is the last full length novel for a long while but I look forward to the novellas planned for the series. Gin Blanco, alias The Spider, my favorite assassin of them all.

Now if the series ends with this book I would be happy it was a good place to end it and to give us hope for what is to come.
Gin and the gang are at it again to stop her Uncle from making downtown Ashton into his personal play thing.
I don’t want to give anything way but if you made it this far you know it’s going to be a fight.
Again the narration is good but still wish the voice for Finn wasn’t so off.

Loved the whole series!

Except for number 10 - it just wasn’t my thing but I guess it did add to what happens in book 11 with MM - I really did love the whole series and it will probably be one of the series I revisit often. Might move on to try some more books from JE. This was my first experience with her writing and I was happy for the escape! Narration was on point and different for each character-mostly- also great editing- no weird breathy sounds or crazy long pauses - just good entertaining fun. I’m happy.

hope it isn't the end

I love these books. gin is an awesome character. I love a good story. it is hard to find a good story without reverse harems or more sex scenes than story. please keep it going. Gin's story has much more steam.

great series!

I have listened to the whole series and I must say that it was totally entertaining! the characters were very believable and the seemed to grow with the story line, the story line was always exiting from the beginning to the end. I look forward to listening to more of this author 's books. I highly recommend this series. truly loved them!
