OMG a thrill ride, laughter and tears, love!

This conclusion of the Harley & Clay story is dynamite GOOD. It has everything one could hope for, the highest highs and the lowest lows but in HEA ending swoops in just in time to save the day. There's a survey at the end that does not work any longer but my answer is YES, I WISH FOR ONE MORE. What an incredibly fabulous author you are Lili Valente. The narration was also excellent because they told the story with all the inflection and details intact and without any of the annoying distractions of some narrators. BRAVO to both.

Action-Packed Romance

This is, by far, the darkest book I’ve ever read from Lili. Yet it also featured her signature wit. There was action, intrigue, and a heavy dose of hotness. The only problem I had was that I didn’t read this one immediately after the last one, so I was a bit fuzzy on the details leading up to everything. There wasn’t much of a recap, so I definitely recommend reading the series back-to-back. It was still a fun read with incredible narrators. I was surprised that it didn’t end on a cliffhanger, so I’m curious to see where the last book will go.

Hot! Hot! Hot!

This book picks up right where the second one ends, with Clay putting his plan of taking Jasper to safety into action but everything quickly falls apart.
When Harley wakes up to find that Clay and Jasper are gone she desperately goes searching for them only to find that her worst nightmare has come true. The drug lord that she was trying to escape from has kidnapped her son, leaving her with the one man she thought she was falling for but who had an alternative motive all along.
While their intense chemistry makes the passion hot, Harley's distrust of Clay forces her to keep him at arms length. Will Harley and Clay be able to put aside their feelings toward each other and work together to get Jasper back before it's too late?
I'm so happy to see that there is another book planned for this incredible couple:)
