Judas Iscariot

The collection consists of three stories related to the Gospel narrative.

1. "Judas Iscariot" - a retelling of the most famous betrayal is history and the sad fate of the traitor
2. "Ben Tobit" - a sardonic little tale about a pious man suffering a severe toothache on the day of Jesus' crucifixion
3. "Eleazar" - a story built on the raising of Lazarus recounted in the Gospel of John.

All three stories feature the writer's characteristic view of the bleakness of human endeavor in an uncaring world.
