Publisher's summary

Saying it’s over doesn’t actually mean it’s over.

Brynn thinks she's finally fought her way out of quiet Eureka Springs and into her destiny. Then, in less than the beat of a breath, tragedy derails her quick and easy getaway. Now she’s stuck in her past and love may not let her escape.

Mic discovered his version of success without having to step outside his own backyard. When Brynn returns home, his life is shaken by feelings he hasn’t dealt with since she left. It’s going to take everything he's got to keep forgetting the girl he couldn't admit he wanted.

perfect for lazy summer days

This is the second book of this series I've read lately (third total) and again - the story and the characters are sweet.
It's a fun, quick read (or listen, in my case), perfect for lazy summer days.

unforgettable diva

This is book 2 in the Eureka in Love series and what a sweet romance read. It's listed as a friends to lovers romance and it is but it's also a small town romance too. Heart warming and well written, good flow to the story line. Narration was well done and easy to listen and follow. Clean with humor and heartbreak and the ultimate HEA, this book follows the story of opera singer, Brynn and Mic - aka Cosmic, I really love that name! Overall a beautiful read / listen!

Fantastic from start to finish!

I really enjoyed this audiobook! The story had in-depth conflicts from a meddling mother to guilt and death. I wondered if the couple would ever get together as roadblocks appeared left and right. There was a lot to the story but it moved along quickly, not feeling drawn out at all. The narrator did a fantastic job with the character voices and portraying emotions in their speech. She really brought the story to life! Great audiobook from start to finish!

Sweet

I really enjoyed this book! I haven’t read a sweet clean romance in awhile so this was a nice change. The narrator did a wonderful job and put a lot of emotion into the characters. You have the evil mother who will not take no for an answer trying to run someone’s life the character you love to hate. I love this little town where everyone knows everyone else, I grew up like that and I miss it. The story was well written with the ups and downs that come with everyday life. I look forward to more from this author as I have never read any of her books before.

No details, no depth, no real story.

It’s hard to connect with these characters or even the story when we barely have any information. Their history/ childhood is referenced but there are no details or depth, It’s just so vague. There’s hardly any backstory about any of the characters. So I don’t totally understand The point of some of the conflicts. It’s just a mess. This book is a DNF for me. If you are an avid reader/audible listener, don’t waste your time, money or credit.
