Everything Wonderful!

Do yourself a favor and listen to this one! This short story is everything wonderful! It starts with simple to-do lists and quickly turns into the unexpected. Unexpected meetings, unexpected attraction, unexpected connection, unexpected longstanding imprint on two people not looking for it. The circumstances are all wrong, but everything that matters is so incredibly RIGHT! I have already listened a few times.

I first listened to this as the bonus material with One Night Stand-in, but have since downloaded the novella and keep it downloaded for when I need something short, sweet, and perfect! Some of my favorite narrators deliver excellent performances that pull you into this story in a way that you cannot experience outside of Audible. It's short, but it doesn't feel like only part of a story. I would love to get more snippets of this couple - and knowing Lauren Blakely we will as this series continues (hope-hope-hope).

Shane East and Erin Mallon narrate this truly romantic, serendipitous tale of two people who are absolutely destined to be together! They really did an amazing job of capturing the magic of this enchanting romance!

great books the best short stories I have listened to so far this year!

Color me surprised!

I usually avoid short stories and novellas. I prefer more. Most novellas leave me feeling like something is missing, like the story was rushed, like it was artificially cut short.
I was pleasantly surprised by these. Shorts are a different art form than full length novels. Not everyone can do them well, but Lauren has! I thoroughly enjoyed both these stories.
