Publisher's summary

Kabbalah, Science and the Meaning of Life traces the milestones of the evolution of science with which we are familiar - such as Newton's and Einstein's theories. It goes further to present the science of Kabbalah as the basis for understanding the hidden parts of reality which scientists are now discovering.

While other sciences research the definable world around us, Kabbalah teaches us how the spontaneous changes occurring within us affect our surrounding reality. The wisdom of Kabbalah enables us to monitor those changes and control them, and in so doing, change our world for the better.

This is worth it. Very well done!!

This is a very well written book and the narrator did a really good job articulating. I would recommend this as an entry-level or intermediate read.

Very much worth purchasing

I purchased this book to further my understanding of the related concepts that I was first introduced to in the Sepher Yetzirah. My exploration of these concepts and this book has been well worth my time (and the cost of my purchase). I’m in my late 50’s, Christian, and searching for a sense of meaning in my life beyond that of mere existence (job, bills, family, significant other, children, relationships, accumulation of wealth, studies, learning, experience, knowledge, wisdom, bettering myself, seeking a sense of mission to help others and to involve myself in the betterment of society using those traits and characteristics that are unique to me and with which I’ve been blessed. I hunger deeply for understanding. I’m searching for purpose, to accomplish any work that was worthy of my lifetime. I subscribe to the Bible and it’s teachings. I believe (and I hope not incorrectly) that these teachings, this philosophy, is an extension of those teachings, and therefore, with an open mind, I’ve undertaken to introduce myself to these teachings/philosophy. This book, along with the Sepher Yetzirah have been my initial introduction, along with a book I’ve not yet completed about understanding the Zohar. I can completely honestly say that this book has been eye-opening, to say the least. These books, combined with my lifelong interest and belief in understanding “God’s thoughts,” in Einstein’s words, along with immersing myself in books about understanding Relativity, the nature of “reality,” books on quantum physics written for the layperson in simple, non-technical language, and various books written by not only the various philosophers (ie Socrates, Plato, and some others that I’ve not yet gotten to such as St. Augustine and CS Lewis, and books expounding upon the meaning of life, purpose, etc.), have been helpful as I attempt to navigate my own life course hoping to achieve something that goes beyond mere existence. This was a very good book. I think I can honestly, and in good conscience, recommend it to anyone also searching for inner understanding. I’m no expert on the Kabbalah by any means, and my own life’s search is humble, seeking only to reach out and touch the face of God, my Creator. But for the purposes of this review, I enjoyed the book and I would purchase it again.
God bless in your life and travels.

Phenomenal!!

He is definitely a modern day Alliester Crowley, lol. Nah I’m just kidding, far from it, he is truly amazing and insightful. Taking the red pill would be the understatement for the day, as to describe this book. Once you see it, there is no turning back. I’ve listened twice already, and it brings me tremendous peace.

A lot of Words To Go No Where

The same thing was repeated for most of the book. I feel like more applicable information could be found on YouTube. There is alot of telling the reader why Kabbalah is great; but not much on teaching the practices. Ironically, study from other religions gave me an additional understanding on what the authors point was…but without those references this would have been even less useful. Maybe good for super beginners, not great for anyone who has already gathered the bulk of knowledge contained in this book…which was basically just…again everything is one with the creator…learn how to align with that outside of the ego or shadow self.

Disappointed

The author never really tells the reader what the "creature" is actually supposed to do. Why hide the ball? Very dense esoteric and repetitive content.
