And the pre-wedding sex is off the charts....

Lucas Vallois and Andrei Hadeon are finally ready to walk down the aisle. There’s just one small problem.

A ghost from Lucas' past shows up days before the wedding, desperate for help. Against his better judgement, Lucas and his best friend, Ashton Frost, plan a fast trip back to the one place they swore they’d never go: their hometown in Oklahoma. But the danger is worse than they expected.

Now, they’re in a race to track down a killer, keep a young girl safe, and get Lucas back in time to say, "I do."

sexy, suspenseful and witty

I highly suggest headphones when you listen to this it is NSFW or small ears. I made the mistake of turning it on without checking my earphones were connected. My 13-year-old grandson setting in the same room an…. well let’s say Lucas and Andrei were in the throws of passion. Embarrassment and explaining to a thirteen-year-old the best I could why and what Mimi was listening to, this story was awesome. I think it may be my favorite so far if I must choose a favorite in this series. We get a lot of Lucas and Snow’s past. Ghosts that come back to haunt them and why they are as tight as they are. We also meet Lucas’s sister and niece he didn’t know he had. As usual the storyline is interesting, there are a couple fabulous plots, the romance of the up-coming wedding, the wonder if it will happen or they wont make it back in time, the family dram in both snow and Lucas, then the suspenseful plot that drew Lucas and snow back to their hometown. Of course there is danger, funny codenames, and hot man-sex. You do need to read this series in order but hey, it’s worth it.
Kenneth Obi stepped up his performance in this one as well. His already stellar narration was even better with the action, sighing speaking in breathless tones when it warranted it was like listening to an action movie. And Lucas sexy voice is to die for. Well-done to the authors and Kenneth as well!

Amazing

Loved how this one went. I was so worried about Lucas and Ashton going back home, but the gang came through and the Wedding went ahead. Andrei and Lucas are an amazing couple

Truly moving and wonderful!

This book was so emotional and wonderful! I know that sounds cheesy, but it gives heart to two main characters from the entire series. We see Lucas and Snow back in their hometown. We get explanations of how their background influences their lives. Between the words that Drake and Elliott gave us and Obi’s fantastic narration easily 5 stars all the way around. I think it might be some of Obi’s best work- and I really enjoy his narration. Will definitely listen to it again!

Finally the wedding!

Fabulous to catch back up with the Unbreakable Bonds crew and have it come full circle with Lucas and Andre's wedding. The journey to Lucas' and Snow's pasts was well done and illuminating.

Can’t miss it!

I really enjoyed this audiobook. I’m glad the series didn’t end with only the first four books and we get a few more. This audiobook has everything you’d expect from a Jocelynn Drake and Rinda Elliott book - action, humor, love, heat and of course an amazing chosen family. I especially enjoyed that we got a little more information about Lucas’ and Snow’s past.
Kenneth Obi, of course, did an amazing job as usual. As far as I can remember, he has kept all the characters’ voices the same as the previous books and made it easy to follow who was currently speaking. Definitely worth a listen!

LOVED

This is the series that keeps on giving.
I can assure you, the quality of the books just keep increasing with each new one. There’s not a moment where you are not 100% connected and in love with all these characters.
We got to accompany Lucas and Andrei on their wedding day, plus, go on an action-filled adventure with them. We also get to enjoy Snow and even Rowe and Noah.
I absolutely adore them!

The narration, as always, on point! Kenneth just took over this whole series, I couldn’t imagine anyone else’s voice to portray these characters.

Heading Home

Lucas and Snow never expected to go back to their home state of Oklahoma. They changed their minds when Lucas' sister begged for help to help find her runaway daughter.

Taylor had no idea of the danger she was in while researching illegal dumping outside of town. And the head of the corporation was not pleased to be outted by a teenage girl.

Lucas and Snow end up with most of their team as backup in the rural region of Oklahoma. And thank goodness because the story is peppered with car chases, murders, explosions, arson, and vile relatives.

You can go home again, but do you really want to?

Narrator Kenneth Obi does a outstanding job of pulling the audience into the story. The characters are believable, and the story narrative is smooth and easy to follow.

Another episode

Maybe it was just my mode at the moment but this didn’t grab me. Absolutely not bad. It is a good story and with both sweet and hot love, true family and friendship. And a marrage!
For me it was like another episode of a good tv show. Entertaining at the moment.
