You’ll find this very different from other books on creativity that offer impractical or cliche creativity tips such as brainstorming, getting out in nature, or learning to meditate. Sure, those kinds of things are amazing activities, and if they work for improving your creativity, great. But, I’ve always found if I have to force myself to do them to spur creativity, I feel awkward, anxious, and definitely not creative. Then, I go back to being who I really am.
