this was a great succinct description of the history of the conflict. This is a must read for those who seek the truth about who the real villians are.

New approach for the US to view the Israeli - Palestinian conflict

The author provides a new approach for the US to view the Israeli Palestinian contract. This new approach is based on freedom the author considers the objectives of both the state of Israel and the Palestinian national movement, their means and how much freedom this enable to their people. the author provides a historic review of the conflict in the Middle East, and demonstrates how all the countries in the Middle East, apart from Israel, our countries that do not allow freedom of individuals to the people living in these countries. The author demonstrates that on the other hand, the people that live in Israel do have these freedoms. The author goes into great depth to demonstrate how the Palestinian national movement has been militant indifferent countries they lived in, creating civil unrest in Jordan Lebanon and Gaza. the author demonstrates that the Palestinian national movement is not committed to the benefit of the Palestinian people, and actually Acts as a tyrannical dictatorship just like many other countries in the Middle East.

Great, fact-based analysis then argument for using morality (good vs evil) to guide foreign policy.

Solid proposition for demanding that morality guide our handling of foreign policy issues and for standing for what is right and good in the face of unfounded opposition based on evil. This book takes a measured approach using an objective recount of history then draws to a plainly stated, well-supported, and perhaps irrefutable conclusion as to what justice demands.

Unique perspective and good narrator

Agree or disagree, he clearly lays out his case. The narrator was great. He spoke with enough passion to keep it from being boring.

Objectivist

Excellent.

It is hard to recognize that the constant left wing narrative has caused a drift even for “right wing” thinkers and the presentation of the facts causes a reorienting back to the truth.

We owe it to truth and objectivity (if that is what we seek), to really speak “ truth to power” ie truth to the powerful misleading propitiatory left wing advocates. This book presents with references, truth. But in the same way it shines a light on appeasement. The way forward must be illuminated by the truth. He illuminates.

Fact-based, objective insights: a true must listen

Fact-based look into the causes and drivers of on-going conflicts in the Middle East, and how the path to peace cannot have its origins in moral equivalence between the sides. If you want objective insights to better understand the history, players, and the competing (and often hidden) motivations and agendas in play, you need this book! Just finished listening and ready to start again! Brilliant work!

Brilliant insights

Elan has written a fine book. It is from the perspective of someone who knows how to apply a robust principled moral philosophy to the historical subject matter with verve and style. All of his books are wonderful, but this is my favorite. He says it all in a powerfully focused way that will keep you interested.
