Great way to end. Best book in series

the storyline of the entire series was captivating and very well written! it captures the heart of Americans and our pure determination to not only survive but to remain a free nation!!

From first to last, AWESOME!

Although it took me quite some time to get through the series, it was a great journey! I was disappointed to get to the end since I thoroughly enjoyed it!! Now I just hope that I can find another as great!

My wife hates it (she doesn't do audiobooks) but I just couldn't stop listening to the entire series back to back. Every chance I had I was listening to this story.

BEST SERIES IF YOU LOVE AMERICA!

This is a GREAT ending to a GREAT series! I've loved many post-apocalyptic authors, & this is my 1st series w/this author. I'll be looking forward to others from this author. Of course, no one can read a book like Kevin Pearce! He makes ANY author's book sound awesome! He deserves MUCH credit for how well many authors audio books sell! I always will choose book narrated by him! If you haven't listened to this series, do yourself a favor & do! This could very easily happen to our country. If it does, Lord help all of us. I pray we never have to face all that went on in this series! We are always just a second away from a "dark new world." This ends with hope tho' for a brighter future, which makes for a GREAT ending! Don't worry, knowing that won't take away from ALL the action you'll go thru in this series. This will, however, make you pause & truly consider what's important, TRULY important, in your own life, & what is just fluff & time-wasting nonsense (of which there is way too much of that in this world today). We need to get back to what REALLY matters & stop listening to the lies we're being fed by the people who run this world. Time for a gut-check for ALL Americans & ALL people! When our "rulers" stand & clap in unison at the killing of 9 month old babies (which IS murder & we ALL know it!), something is DESPERATELY wrong with our world. If we don't protect the most helpless of ALL humans, we ARE monsters! I don't want to be remembered for that, nor do I want to face my Maker (which ALL of us will, whether you believe it or not) & have to explain why I approved of the insane MASS MURDERING being perpetrated on babies every second in this country! Voting for people who argue for this insane murdering of our most precious tiny humans, is saying you approve! Gut check time! As the old saying goes, "all it takes for evil to prevail is for good men (& women) to do nothing." Do your own gut check after you listen to THIS series! The last of this review is just my personal opinion, my plea for people of ALL parties, races, creeds, religions, etc., to wake up! Happy listening!

Great series!

Thought provoking. I thought all the books were good but book 9, the way it was "written" and preformed, was such a great pace and full of description- It was like listening to a feature film. Well done.

First emp survival book that has used so many less talked about prepping ideas.
like gasifier. Dakota fire holes. rocket stoves and permaculture farming.
I really enjoyed this series. I've listened to many post apocalyptic book series.
I have many favorites this is one of them.
