Love it 😍

I’ve read Carri Ann Ryan books before but never shifter books, I don’t read shifter books often and I’m critical to them. But when I love an authors other books I take a chance on genres I don’t normally has a craving for.
I have some favourites that I’ve read before; Megan Erickson and Vivian Arend. Now Ryan is amongst them 💜

I loved this pack and their stories, it’s filled with feelings and so hot. This is what I liked:
* The storyline progresses nicely in each book.
* No unnecessary descriptions of surroundings
* Dialogues that keeps the story driving forward
* Delicious hot love with intensity and an emotional backstory
* Glimpse of secondary characters that I can’t wait to read.
I like that the story involves humans and witches too so I feel like it reaches far beyond wolves 🐺 it makes the story more intriguing and enjoyable.

Narrator:
Good pronunciation and read with feelings so I enjoyed it very much.

If you’re looking for a series with shifters I recommend you start with this box set.

Fantastic Shifter Audible Book

In the first book I love the character development of Gideon and Brie. Gideon is the alpha leader of the Talon pack. The submissive, Brie, is his fated mate. We watch as their love develops and Brie proves herself worthy of being Gordon's mate. I am delighted by the bravery exhibited by Brie. This story is full of twists and turns. The are many people that want to overthrow Gideon and threaten the shiftere' way of life.

Once again Carrie immediately draws me into the story and makes me feel all of the emotions of these characters. Brynn and Finn have gone through so much heartache and experienced so much heart-wrenching physical pain. Be prepared for a rollercoaster ride of emotions. You may need some tissues. My heart aches for them. Brynn knows that they are a mated pair, but Finn, for reasons that you will find out, can't feel the bonding. Carrie's unique imagination was running wild.

In book 3 Ryder and Leah, a witch, meet. Ryder wants to comfort her after she goes through a great emotional loss. His wolf knows that she is his mate. However, Ryder has a secret that prevents him from claiming her even though she loves him. The author skillfully gives them several obstacles that will challenge them, the wolf pack, and the witches. Some they will overcome but others will be faced in later books.

These books flow smoothly from one to another. They are filled with action, deadly foes, wonderful primary and secondary characters, great family bonds, and explosive love scenes. I was never bored. The narrator does a great job of making the words flow smoothly and makes the listener feel the emotions of these characters. He is a talented storyteller. I highly recommend this Audible book.

Narrator makes the story...............NOT

I have just purchased this audio because I absolutely love Carrie Ann Ryan's books; however I am seriously thinking of asking for a refund of my credit due to this narrator (Gregory Salinas). His voice is monotone and very boring. This is a 3-story audio but I do not think I can listen to this man much longer. Again, the story is GREAT!!!; because I bought the first book and read it which is why I purchased the audio, but please Ms. Ryan, find someone else to narrate your books.

I would listen to other books by narrator

Narrator was good in this series so far. I would listen to other books narrated by him.
These three books help introduce you to the pack, their leaders and their mates. The first two books had quite a bit of angst in them. The third book had more focus on the problems with the humans while introducing the witches. I enjoyed these reads and will be continuing to read the rest of the series.

Amazing

This is a wonderful written set of 3 books. Each different and fantastic in their own ways. It is also narrated spectacularly!
