Great story.

Well this is the first book I have listened to
and I found it was fantastic.
If you have read Aloha shifters series you will
know some of the characters in this book from them.
This book is a off shoot from them and the beginning to a new series.
Jenna has a stalker so she went to the Island were her sister is and she met
Connor on the plane and bumps into him again and found out he is protecting
her sister and her family.
I voluntarily listen and reviewed this book.

I love this series. I can't wait to get my hands on the next one. Each one flows seamlessly into the next.

Lovely start to a new series

I loved the first Aloha Shifters series, Jewels of the Heart, and I am very happy that we are staying on Maui for this series. All my favorite shifters are still around, along with some great new ones.

Connor feels he has something to prove and a lot to lose if his new job goes wrong. When he meets a woman on the plane to Maui, a woman who is obviously scared of someone or something, his dragon goes crazy. He would love to get to know her and find out what is wrong, but he can't afford to get distracted. His brothers are depending on him and he doesn't want to let them down.

Jenna is fleeing California for Maui, and her sister, in the hopes that her stalker will stay on the mainland. She is surprised when a hot guy is her seatmate on the flight. For some reason she feels safe with him and finally gets some sleep. She is too cautious of strangers to ask for his number, but she sure wouldn't mind seeing him again. She just didn't expect to run into him the next morning on her way to breakfast!

I will not spoil the story for you as it is very good. I can't wait for the next one. I was gifted a copy of this audio book by the author. I love the narrator and listen to the whole thing, even though I have already read the book. I always hear something I missed before. Enjoy.

This dragon will light your heart

Book 1 in a new spin off series . Book 1 is set in Hawaii. It’s about an Alpha Dragon that will grab your ears and heart. There are hot scenes and lots of twists and turns. Both the hero and heroine are strong , likeable and know what’s impossible to them. They are willing to do anything to make things right.
Hero is Connor. Heroine is Jenna

Connor has a mission, which he knows he can do . He’s hired to protect the little ones and mates from the original story , the strong shifters . He’s flying in when he first sees Jenna , they hit it off , there is an attraction there. He finds out that Jenna is on her way to Hawaii also, but Connor thinks he will never see Jenna again. Connor also notices that someone is following Jenna .... why ? ? . They go their separate ways. Do they meet up again ? Who was Jenna seeing . Does Connor do his mission. Grab it and listen to a heart grabbing story .

Kelsey performance was great . She did this spin off like she did the original series. Strong and Clear

Cute story line and will finish the series.

I enjoyed the book. I just wish i read the other series first since the Author referredto it often,but overall good book.

What does a dragon, a bear and wolf have in common? Same parents!! What??
Lovely story about the human little sister of a tiger shifter even though she is fleeing what she fears is a vampire stalker. She goes to  Hawaii for protection and  learns shifters live in more than fabled storybooks! Beautiful beaches, swimming turtles, glorious sunsets and  danger stalkers.
Kelsey Osborne does a fantastic job breathing life and excitement into the picture.

Loving This Spinoff!!

I loved the previous series set in Hawaii and this new one is just as good. The cameos from the folks of Koa Point are perfect. It was great seeing interactions with Kai, Tessa, Jody, and Cruz.

I really liked idea of a myriad shifter and that he was the father of several our rebels in this series, Connor, Tim, and Chase. He's able to shift into different forms rather than a single animal--which gave us dragon, bear, and wolf half-siblings. That could be handy, but it sure made things difficult for his offspring. Well, that and the fact he was a deadbeat father.

Jenna and Connor were a great couple to get to know. I loved how he was trying to protect her from himself while she was deliberately enticing him. Jenna's difficulties getting used to knowing shifters exist is well done and realistic.

I found the pearl backstory intriguing and am looking forward to the rest of the series.

Love this series

Loved Connor and Jenna’s story. Kelsey Osborne does a great job of bringing the story to life. Love being able to listen to my book while driving. Love audiobooks.

Fun with Shifters! Good narration!

This is a spin-off series from my favorite series by Anna Lowe so far, The Aloha Shifters. This story features characters from those books, so for me this series is like a continuation of that series. In Rebel Dragon, there are POV chapters from each of the 2 main characters, Connor and Jenna. I love getting POV from both main characters! It's great to see each of their perspectives. I listened to the audio version, and the narrator does a good job. I would've loved to hear this with a female narrator for the female parts, and a male narrator for the male parts because there were some times that Connor came across as feminine, but that may be some of the word choices by the author. I still really enjoy the audio though, and recommend it.

I enjoyed the action in Rebel Dragon, and I do like that magical items are involved in the storyline. I do wish that the storyline was more different than the previous Aloha series, but I still enjoy that type of storyline. This story moved a little slow for me, and I didn't quite feel the connection with the characters that I had with most of Anna Lowe's characters. I'm not loving the other characters yet, but I'm still looking forward to their books, and seeing them develop. Right now, it seems like they are all basic, but I know Anna Lowe will have some great stories for all the characters. I liked both Connor and Jenna, and they are sweet together, but I didn't quite feel the depth of love most of the other mate pairings have felt. Connor and Jenna are more of a fun and light-hearted mate pairing, which isn't a bad thing, I just love a bit more Alphaness. They do have some steam though! I was disappointed in Jenna with how much she overreacted with her sister's husband, but I appreciated her standing up for herself other times. She's a tough cookie. I always love dragon shifters! I'm on the fence about part mermaids, but it was still a fun scenario. Some under the sea adventures! Overall, I really enjoyed Rebel Dragon, and it was fun and entertaining! I'm interested to see where this series goes!

Rebel Dragon

I absolutely love Anna Lowe's books and this new series is starting off right! I love Connor and Jenna together! Their chemistry was off the charts! Their story had just the right bit of heat and sassiness! There is always a bit of mystery and intrigue to go along with the romantic journey! I loved the first Aloha Shifter series-Jewels of the Heart, and like that we get to see those characters in this series too! 

I listened to the audio book narrated by Kelsey Osbourne. She does a spectacular job in voicing everybody. I am sure it was hectic when big meetings occur and all these shifters are talking! I highly recommend listening to this and all of Anna's books!

I can't wait to get my hands on all the new shifters stories in this new Pearls of Desire series!
