Caught by the renegade forces of the Alpha Legion and forced to take refuge in the Alaxxes Nebula, the Space Wolves are bloodied but unbowed. The young pack leader Bjorn - now known to his warriors as 'the One-Handed' - is desperate to recover his honour in battle, but replacing lost limbs for proud legionaries is not a task worthy of the Iron Priests. If Bjorn is to fight again, then he must seek out new claws for himself and christen them in the blood of the traitors....

Very nice short story telling an interesting side story of how Bjorn got his clawed hand. Very short though, would have liked it to go on a little more. Not sure I will purchase such a short story again.

Short but good

The background noise is just a tad too loud and it is really short. Still, a fun little bit of backstory to the famed Fenrisian hero.

Pretty good short, but...

My only problem with the short story is that's 2 short. It would be great to see it expanded to a full-length book.

Was truly a fun novela.

There’s no real story here, more like the premise of “Bjorn needs a replacement for his missing hand” that provides no real context or establishment whatsoever. Suddenly, Bjorn gets what he needs and it’s over. Add to the fact that there’s combat sound effects and explosions / fighting at the same volume as the narrator making the content a busy, distracting mess. I’m glad I bought this on sale for $.99 as it’s barely worth bothering. Skip this!

Pointless
