Great Narrator

Sexy story with a perfect Narrator to steam up the narrative. Makes my birthdays seem lame.

Very hot short story. I enjoyed the intensity and the narration was done very well...matching the intensity as needed.

Mike gave Jennifer a wonderful birthday present! You will have to grab this one to see what it was. Candace Young did an excellent narration of it and she made it hotter with her voice.

love the scenario of this story but the narrator makes it for me, she brought it to life, could listen to that beautiful voice all day

Happy birthday, indeed

There's some real creativity here in the writing but a severe lack of focus. This story is basically 3 or 4 great premises but squished together clumsily. No matter, this is the one genre where that's not too distracting. And like I said: they really are good foundations -- the office scene, the husband and his anticipated gift, and the group scene. I also enjoyed shifting points of perspective in the beginning. I'd love to have heard more of it during the main event.

Bringing this all together of course is the narration. This story works because the narrator has to sell you on the emotion and immersion. And this she does in spades.

Jennifer's Birthday: An MMF Short Story, my first read from author Martina Massatori. A captivating, short, 29-minute story. I was given an Audible copy of this book & am voluntarily reading & reviewing it. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

MORE OF A BIRTHDAY LETDOWN...

Maybe it was the narrator's mediocre performance, or the author's lack of depth to the story (yes I understand what kind of story this actually is... duh), but no need to be lazy, however, this just didn't appeal to me. And because of that I cannot reccomend that you purchase with money or with a credit a copy of this audiobook.
