Best life improving book I have ever read

I read a lot of books (one a week) and this one is the absolute best book on how to actually improve your life that I have ever read. Far too often books are not able to live up to the claims they make but this one far outperforms in every way. Get this book, after you have read it you will be amazed at the very small price you paid for it, and probably be willing to have paid far more for the value you get out of it.

Game Changer

This book was a total game changer. 2022 was filled with so much healing of past pain and trauma for me. Around November I said to myself I fill like there is one more thing I need to learn in order to move forward with my life. That came to me mid December while reading another book when that author mentioned Psycho- Cybernetics.

I quickly looked the book up and watched a few YouTube videos on the author of Psycho Cybernetics explaining it. I knew then this is what I needed in order to move forward in life.

The Self-Image chapter was so profound and gave me a greater understanding of how my Self-Image was flawed deeply, however I was taught how to change my Self-Image into a positive one by reading this book!

I definitely recommend reading this book to anyone that is stuck in life and need some step by step guidance and easy exercises to incorporate into your life.
