The way she would break each chapter down and revert back to the old ones as well to have it come full circle.

I really enjoyed listening to this book. It definitely resonates with me and it helped me realize that I wasn’t being true to my essential self. I also realized what I could do differently to access my essential self more in my life. This was an excellent read. I would suggest it to anyone who has difficulty making decisions, or just feels like they want more in life I would suggest this book definitely!

Disappointing

A bit disappointed. After listening to this book for 14 hours, the conclusion is that I am my own north star! Seems like I didn't need this book after all.

Life transforming

This book came to my life at a perfect time! This book saved me from wallowing in the tragedy that hit me! Martha Beck is brilliant in the way that she explains change & suffering in the life cycle. Can’t recommend this book enough!

The reader is AWFUL - book is great

The message and book are great - Karen White is disingenuous and impossible to stomach - she sounds so forced and grating. Terrible performance that made me have to read instead of listen.
