A 1,700-year-old Roman, Quintus Livius Saturnius had a different view of morality than most people. Killing Matheus and hijacking his undead existence seemed perfectly acceptable to him.

An Angel of Mercy?
Tim has been hired to kill an Angel of Mercy who is killing vulnerable patients at the local hospital, but as with all his cases so far there are some unexpected surprises. An old enemy resurfaces and Tim has to find a way to save Kissie from her deadly grasp whilst trying to keep everyone alive. More about Tim, Avi and Kissie's ever chancing circumstances are revealed. Will Tim ever win the lady?
The narration by Gwendolyn Druyor who is also the author was excellent and I'm now moving on to ook four!

Another great story in the series!
I find these books a little on the short side and wish the author had made them a little longer. I don't know if it was because I was doing other things but this was one that you need to pay attention or you may miss out on understanding what is happening. I'm not sure what the titles of the books mean, for instance this one is called Morphine, I didn't hear morphine in the book, so maybe I missed something or it will all come together in a later book. Still a great story and worth listening to or maybe reading it would have helped with this one. I do really like the relationship between Tim, the killer with a conscious and Avi the police officer and trying to figure out who Kissy is really interested in!

No Fair left with a Cliff Hanger!!

"Angel of Mercy."
An explosive book three of Gwendolyn Druyer's fun menage a trois novellas featuring Kissy, the all singing, all dancing and ukulele playing young woman and her two very close male rivals, the rather staid but attractive and seriously enamoured boyfriend, Avi, also a member of the local police force and singer with the Gin and Tonics, and Tim, the much more debonair cosmopolitan brother of the girlfriend she's know since a child, also referred to by his professional name of KC (Killer on Call): he kills people by contract for money.
Fast paced writing, very visual, these three certainly find themselves involved in dangerous situations. This time, it's at a big Halloween party in an hospital. What could possibly go wrong?
Ms.Druyor narrates.
My thanks to the rights holder of Morphine who made this book freely available for download to anyone requesting a complimentary copy. The series is quirky, lots happening, well written and fun.
