Publisher's Summary

Guys - don't be afraid of a little pink - this audiobook is for everyone.

Are you tired of being held back by the negative voice inside your head? We’ve all been there - well, most of us at least. Some people seem to just be naturally positive and optimistic; everything works out for them, and everywhere they go, they’re constantly followed by sunshine and rainbows and cupcakes with sprinkles. Screw them, right?

No, you can become them. Minus the muttering mantras under your breath and flowers in your hair.

If you’re like most people, you’re probably constantly harassed by a negative voice in your head, always telling you that you’re not good enough, fast enough, smart enough, skinny enough, anything enough. You have a cocktail of negativity, worry, stress, and fear - ruining your life by keeping you stuck in rut and holding you back from being your best self.

In this audiobook, you will find:

  • Why you’re biologically wired to mentally screw yourself over and what you can do about it
  • The most important thing you need to eliminate from your life to be more positive
  • The weird relaxation technique that may make you catch the side-eye from onlookers but will decrease stress and distract you from the chaos inside your head
  • The lie you’re telling yourself daily that’s not getting you any closer to not being a total stressball
  • The quick one-minute method you can do anytime, anywhere to ease your stress and get out of your head
  • What you can do every night in bed to eliminate worry (no, not that)

Even if you've always been a worry wart, a negative Nancy, or a complaining Cathy, your finances, relationships, career, and life no longer have to suffer because of your constant cycles of worry, fear, and negativity.

If you’re tired of the same old hippie mumbo-jumbo advice from the same dry, boring self-help books, scroll up and click "Buy Now" to get this audiobook!

I have been struggling with anxiety

I have been struggling with anxiety and negative self talk basically for forever, and I have been listening to this almost every day, trying to retrain my brain to be more positive and not so obnoxious and annoying lol. And it’s actually working! I’m finally starting to feel better and see things turn around. With any advice or self help though, you have to apply it. But it does work.

Boring

Couldn't bare to listen after the first hour. Became rather boring and reminded me of someone rambling on and on. Saying some of the same things but different scenarios. Found one I liked better, no offense. Just isn't the book for me.

Loved it!

Do you have a sarcastic friend that’s doing better in life than you and always finds a kind of funny, but kind of no nonsense way to tell you that you need to get your life together? Well, if not, this book is that friend. Loved it!

Waist of time

Bit** killed my vibe. I never write bad reviews but this one earned it.

There are other books out there cheaper and better.

b*tch saved my vibe!

it is really just like listening to a friend with just killer advice, it’s not another long drawn on fix this and this, it really approaches the topics of anxiety and self improvement in a way that feels doable

Hard to listen to

Was Info you have heard growing up, nothing new learned here. Was a bit dissatisfied and was really hard to finish but kept reading hoping it would get better but it didn’t.

Funny and positive read

I stumbled across this book looking for a positive read to pull me out of my negative hole I'd somehow dug myself in and this was exactly what I needed. Reese Owen and Fran McClellan deliver this book in a funny and enlightening way that inspires the reader to take action and make a change for the better. "Bitch Dont Kill My Vibe" fits the millennial mindset many of those I know are in including myself.

Bullseye.. Just what I needed to hear..

Every bit as true and insight as it gets. You'd be a fool to sit where you are and not listen to this.. Self accountability ding ding.

The title of this book says it all

This book was positive and very enlightening! I found the context very useful as to act in certain aspects of one's life in order to make his life more fulfilling. I also enjoyed the playful narrator's voice.

Not enough aha moment’s

It may be that i have listened to too many books on positive thinking. But this book just didn’t really do anything for me.
And some parts of it were just way too weak!
Telling people who feel bad about themselves to go for a walk. Really?

Unless you’re all new in positive thinking i would not advise you to listen to this book.

charming

such a great 'read'. Good balance of scientific based and whimsical straight-talk and the reader doesn't have an annoying "holistic" voice. very relatable. Would listen to again.

Just ok

The book was ok. I found the writing style slightly annoying, maybe as I'm not a millennial (which seems to be who the book is aimed at) The content was also ok. I bought the book as some of the reviews had said that they had picked up new information but I had come across everything in this book. It's not a heavy book to follow and for me, very middle of the road. There is a taster at the end of the book of another book that she has written and it seems a lot better than this one. Conclusion as my title....just ok.
