Baseline intro to Ayurveda for women. A book of facts, superstitions, traditions, and the author’s biases. I found it odd that the author related not following totalitarian government orders as well as not voting as bad karmic energy as that’s more of an opinion than a fact. And I was saddened to hear a natural health practitioner perpetuate false information in regards to older women being destined to have more challenging pregnancies and postpartum experiences, this is 100% false. A woman who has maintained her health and wellness can very much have a wonderful, energized and safe pregnancy and postpartum in their later years. I know this from first hand experience as well as through working with older mothers.
