el libro provee información muy util, y de manera ligera y facil de comorender, en especial para aquell@s que son nuevos en el tema, aborda todos los puntos importantes, pros y contras y sugerencias de como llevarlo de manera correcta, evitar errores.

Lots of valuable information. I really enjoyed and benefited from this audiobook. Lots of practical advice to help you with your intermittent fasting/diet journey. I am pretty confident I can now get to any weight I want.

This audiobook is very informative and also very helpful. I listen this audiobook. My sister listen this and like this audiobook. Its a great audiobook. Easy to follow this audiobook. This audiobook has some very clear explanations about the role of fasting. A person can lose a huge amount of weight just by listening this audiobook and following all the instructions. I guess I will also follow this audiobook. A great listening experience indeed.

What an informative audiobook this is.

This is an Informational audiobook! I got this audiobook for my sister. In the wake of perusing this audiobook I understood it has such a large number of simple stunts for weight reduction. It likewise contains some low curb plans, the least complex approaches to create well-being and living sickness free. I adhered to a portion of the directions and afterward, I was astounded by the outcomes.

An excellent intermittent fasting audiobook

This is an excellent intermittent fasting audiobook. for women. It has some tips and tricks, which improve health. It is the best way to use intermittent fasting for muscle gain. I think it is a handy audiobook. I am excited to attempt my first extended fat fast before I work my way into a true extended fast.

I found this one full of useful information

Lovely audiobook! Nice Its working for me and I have tried everything. I sit at a desk all day and also have an autoimmune thyroid condition so I am shocked it is actually working for me. Its a great sane way to manage my food issues as well. I make an effort to combine it with being a little more mindful to manage my emotional eating and its working well. Consistently down per week so far. Loving it! Awesome audiobook! like it! Well done!

This is an interesting weight loss audiobook

This is an interesting weight loss audiobook. There are many diet audiobooks out there, but I found this one full of useful information. Most diets say to fill up on any fruits and vegetables, but this audiobook actually went over the fact that there are some vegetables that are not congruent with weight loss and that they should be avoided. It was a helpful audiobook.

Es un audiolibro absolutamente increíble.
