Awareness Builder 101 was written to leave you with more questions than answers. Each of the 52 reflections is an invitation to start thinking about what that topic means to you. Listen to it, reflect on it, struggle with it, be annoyed by it, love it, talk with each other about it, take the words out for a walk; it's all fine. The book comes to life when you find your meaning for the words in it. When you become aware what your perspective on this topic is, make conscious choices from there. It's your life!

True to its name

This book is a wonderful introduction and resource to building awareness and practicing introspection. The book is divided into different topics, and at the end of each chapter are a series of questions to build your own awareness about the topics. The author's voice conveyed a range of emotions that allows the listener to feel what the author was feeling, be it joy, grief, anger, or hope. I highly recommend this book for bite-sized awareness building that will bring deeper presence to yourself.
