Nancy Rynes was riding her bicycle when a large SUV approached. The vehicle's driver, absorbed in texting while driving, plowed right into Rynes.

Suffering from severe spinal and head injuries, Rynes knew she was dying. At that moment, she underwent the first of two life-changing near-death experiences - her consciousness split between her frightened, injured self lying on the road, and an impartial, peaceful observer-consciousness who watched as first responders fought to keep her alive. After her tour of heaven, she was returned to her body to begin the long, slow process of recovering from injuries her surgeon affirms should have killed her.

More spiritual concepts than NDE content

More spiritual concepts than NDE content, however, the NDE experience it does describe, is a far deeper and descriptive telling than most I've read, and I've read just about all the nde, prebirth and consiousness books I can find.

For people looking for life advice to pursue more worthwhile living spiritually, this will be a fantastic book for you.

Nancy's experience was different but great

I've read many NDE experiences but this one definitely broadened my knowledge of what goes on beyond the veil. Her experience was different but very eye opening. I also liked that she doesn't promote any beliefs. She tells her story in a way that even skeptics can digest.
