  • Good News: There's A Better Way
    Feb 8 2026

This message centers on the good news that Jesus is always the answer, and He is the better way. Drawing from John 14:1–6, it challenges believers to move beyond simply knowing the truth about Jesus to living the way of Jesus, because while truth brings freedom, it also creates a way forward. The sermon warns against choosing paths that seem right yet quietly lead to emptiness (Proverbs 14:12) and exposes how worry, unhealthy rhythms, and rationalized decisions steal joy and intimacy with God. In contrast, Jesus invites the weary into relationship, not religion, offering rest through walking yoked with Him (Matthew 11:28–30). Ultimately, the call is to surrender our way, reject worry, and embrace the better way…Jesus Himself.

  • Good News: When Hope Finds You
    Feb 1 2026

The gospel is more than a familiar phrase—it is a life-altering announcement. This message explores what "good news" truly means and how it speaks to faithful people who are tired, waiting, and unsure of what comes next. Through the story of Mary Magdalene and the truth of Christ's resurrection, we are reminded that good news isn't just about salvation someday, but God's presence and purpose right now. When clarity feels distant and hope feels thin, Jesus still comes near, calls us by name, and reminds us that our lives—and our faith—still matter.

  • Good News for Elisha
    Jan 25 2026

Sometimes the hardest place to live is not the beginning or the ending, but the middle. Elisha experienced this when Elijah placed the mantle on him in 1 Kings 19. He was anointed, but not appointed. Scripture doesn't mention him again until 2 Kings 2—possibly six to ten years later. Years of waiting, serving, and growing. God doesn't call the equipped; He equips the called. Elisha's gifts weren't on display yet, but his faithfulness was being formed. What we see as delay, God sees as design. What we see as obscurity, God sees as humility. Like Nick Vujicic's life shows us, God often uses seasons of struggle and waiting to prepare us for a greater purpose. The middle isn't wasted time—it's where God is shaping us for what's next.
