honor

I enjoyed the fact this had a believable story line, not just sex. Honor is important and something our country and world need at this time.

unfortunate performance

I love these stories but do NOT like the narration. there is very little emotion, you can't tell the difference between men and women and many words were spoken incorrectly.

Boring narration hurts story

The Siri narrator for both male and female characters makes it impossible to follow story. Spend the money on real people- I couldn’t finish book. I was listening for 2 days and couldn’t get far as I would wonder off from boredom, but it’s more about the voice. I had to concentrate too much to follow the story, when I did the story seemed good but couldn’t follow for long periods of time.

To the author: you’d have more readers if you’d not use AI narrator. You’re hurting your success,

This AI narration is God Awful!!

Having AI narration completely destroyed this book. It made it the most painful and boring process… So bad I couldn’t even finish the book. The story was fine, but the AI managed to take all adventure and passion and turn it into blah blah. There are no differences in voice characterization for any of the characters, the cadence of every line is almost exactly the same even in tense or passionate portions of the story, there is no tonal shift overall. I could go on and on… I don’t know how you can manage to take adventure and passion and make it so flat. This AI narration is a complete disservice to not only the author, but to all the loyal Audible listeners out there. I would suggest boycotting any book narrated by AI – I know I will be.

AI Ruins the Listen

This book would be awesome with a good narrator but the virtual voice is awful. Too bad as I wanted to buy her other books. Great stories! Terrible narrator!

Narration

The annoying virtual voice.. Absolutely cannot stand listening to it!!! Enough already… This may be a game changer for me…Monotone, placid, boring narration!!! I enjoy Audible very much. I have been listening for years to the narration. I hope there will be a resolution for virtual “ computerized “ recitation …. Since I spend most of my spare time listening to audible!!!
