I couldn't get through the book

the book would have probably been pretty good but the mispronunciation of the word autophagy

If you want to learn more about the best diet that can help everyone lose weight and improve health, this book is a good choice. So, intermittent fasting isn't about producing some miracles diet that will solve all of your problems.

Great listen

I have tried the fasting before, I didn’t really stick with it, after listening to this I think I am going to give it another shot! I am amazed at all the benefits it has, not only weight loss! It's crazy! Thanks for a great listen, I have already recommended it to my friend and brother!

This audio book was so good.

To follow the instructions of this book you will learn so many unknown information about intermittent fasting. How it can be effective for weight loss and how it works specifically with the female. This audio book was so good and easy to follow. I will highly recommend this book.

Don’t bother

This is an absolute waste of time and money. The first couple of chapters make no sense whatsoever, it just rambles on about cells in a scientific way that makes no sense to the normal person. The narration is very poor, there is no expression in the reading, it all sounds monotone and the information does not get absorbed.

This book is awesome.

This book is awesome. I slanted such tremendous quantities of effective things from this book. This book has a ton of references and references from different books that have been consolidated into one speedy simple to peruse book on the rudiments of discontinuous fasting. I like that I had the capacity to rapidly get what I required from it. I've begun perusing a portion of the books that were referenced, however I had the capacity to rapidly begin irregular fasting because of this book.

This explain about keto and fasting! Author did a great job. lot's of peoples don't how does it work Keto and fasting !!I really appreciate the information in this book. I was a bit surprised that the recipes did not give some kind of a portion size. That was the only down side for me.

Healthy choices.

The recipes are very good and I especially love the action plan in the book. I highly recommend this book if you or someone you know is suffering from inflammatory diseases. Great price also,well worth it.

The book on Autophagy I really loved! I read a lot of books about fasting, and usually, learn something new in each one. The book on autophagy contained more detailed information than I found in most books on autophagy and fasting. This book is a 'keeper'.
