The book is challenging, but in a good way I would say… There are some scientific sections that were more detailed than I really needed but certainly I cannot fault the author for including relevant and well researched additional information into a science book, which this really is. Only reason I’ve given four stars rather than five is that the book probably could use some editing and some prooflistening
