So far it seems like it really is the easiest!

Learning how to be mindful of what you’re thinking was really helpful because I know that’s a struggle for me a lot of the time. This book was great in explaining how fasting affects you in different ways, and that there are many different types of fasting too (water fasting was one of the easiest to do from what I read). So far it seems like it really is the easiest!

Lovely

The recommendations in the book are demanding, a lot of serious daily fasting, highly disciplined eating, and serious consistent weight training required. If you want the health benefits you’ll have to work for them. The book even delves into some philosophy on the culture of hedonism which has proliferated throughout modern society and is a primary cause of our ill health epidemic. So, there is an underlying stoicism to the scientific recommendations in this book. This is certainly not a bad thing but be well aware you’ll not be eating your cake here if you wish to have it too.

Overall I find the book helpful

This is a great book for anyone interested in learning more about Autophagy! I was actually impressed by how much useful information squeezed Discover Why Keto and Fasting Works, I think that excellent and additionally i recommend that. It is a very good book.

Love this book so much.

Unquestionably the best and diet for me. This is the main eating regimen that I can really shed pounds rapidly without being hopeless. I shed 2-3 pounds seven days doing this.
