Story
Autism therapy typically focuses on ridding individuals of “autistic” symptoms such as difficulties interacting socially, problems in communicating, sensory challenges, and repetitive behavior patterns. Now Dr. Barry M. Prizant offers a new and compelling paradigm: The most successful approaches to autism don’t aim at fixing a person by eliminating symptoms, but rather seeking to understand the individual’s experience and what underlies the behavior. Rather than curb these behaviors, it’s better to enhance abilities, build on strengths, and offer supports.

Today, we are told that medical interventions increased our lifespan and single-handedly prevented masses of deaths. But is this really true? Dissolving Illusions details facts and figures from long-overlooked medical journals, books, newspapers, and other sources. Using myth-shattering information, this book shows that vaccines, antibiotics, and other medical interventions are not responsible for the increase in lifespan and the decline in mortality from infectious diseases.

In truth, it is both of these things and more - and the future of our society depends on our understanding it. Wired reporter Steve Silberman unearths the secret history of autism, long suppressed by the same clinicians who became famous for discovering it, and finds surprising answers to the crucial question of why the number of diagnoses has soared in recent years.

Skinner's analysis of verbal behaviour and works particularly well with children with minimal or no speech abilities. In this book Dr. Mary Lynch Barbera draws on her own experiences as a board-certified Behaviour Analyst and also as a parent of a child with autism to explain VB and how to use it.

Publisher's summary
Available in both English and Spanish
We are taught to trust doctors, the CDC, and pharmaceuticals. And we are taught to believe autism - a condition affecting 1 in 54 children - is an unexplainable, irreversible mystery.
What if we haven’t been told the whole story? What if autism isn’t the life sentence we thought?
Autism Reimagined flips the narrative from hopeless to hopeful as Jodie shares strategies that led to her son’s autism reversal and gets brutally honest about how a mother bucked the system and beat the odds.
This book is for you if:
- You know someone living with an autism diagnosis or other chronic condition
- You want more from your healthcare system
- You’re ready to stand up for your child
- You have questions about vaccines and their safety
- You need encouragement and a big dose of hope
Autism Reimagined is part reference guide, part memoir written by a woman who tried it all and lived to tell about it. This book is a priceless companion for anyone ready to reclaim the right to rule their life.

Story
Two days before Christmas and at 26 years old, Chris Wark was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. He had surgery to remove a golf ball-sized tumor and a third of his colon. But after surgery, instead of the traditional chemotherapy, Wark decided to radically change his diet and lifestyle in order to promote health and healing in his body. In Chris Beat Cancer, Wark describes his healing journey, exposes the corruption and ineffectiveness of the medical and cancer industries, and shares the strategies that he and many others have used to heal cancer.

Sylvia Browne now gives us marvelous work on self-healing. Largely made up of actual research trance transcripts from her guides, this audiobook set is a must for those who have chronic physical problems but who cannot find relief from conventional medicine. It's not meant to replace this type of treatment, though, but to augment it.

If so, you may be experiencing symptoms of premenopause. Even if you're a decade or more away from menopause, your hormones may already be out of balance, usually caused by an excess of estrogen and a deficiency of progesterone, say the authors of What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Pre-Menopause.

Story
Ever since medical school, Dr. Christiane Northrup has been guided by an essential truth about the way our bodies, minds, and souls are intertwined. It's the same truth Edgar Cayce expressed in this famous formula: The spirit is life. The mind is the builder. The physical is the result. When we don't grasp this - when we view our bodily well-being in isolation - life can devolve into constant worry about our health and constant battling to make our bodies "behave".

One out of three women alive today, and one out of two men, will face a cancer diagnosis, according to the World Health Organization. Ty Bollinger takes this personally: in the course of a decade, he says, "I lost my entire family to cancer. I don't believe I had to lose them." The Truth about Cancer has been written for one simple reason: to share the knowledge we need to protect ourselves, treat ourselves, and in some cases save our lives or the lives of those we love.

Inspiring
This mama really went above and beyond to help her son’s gut and mind heal. To all the naysayers- well, sucks to be you if you don’t want to try it. It could make your child happier and your life easier.
To all those who dare to try something new-best wishes! This is the most comprehensive guide I’ve seen to healing kids with the neurological/biological toxic overload called “autism”, though I wish they talked a bit more about neurofeedback.

Unquestionably Worth the Money and Time
I don’t have autism nor do I have a family that does, but I learned so much from this book! It doesn’t matter what your health situation may be, you NEED to read Jodie’s story and the incredible information she shares! What I learned from her could change the lives of so many people I know. Thank you, Jodie!

Every parent should read this!
As an avid reader and learner, this is quite possibly the most informative book I’ve ever read. It kept my attention and I climbed to every word until the very end. I made so many notes and feel so much more empowered as a mom to continue to fight for the HEALTH of my children. Thank you Jodie for all of the research you have done and share with us. I’m sharing this book with every mama I know.

BEST NATURAL HEALTH RESOURCE....A MUST READ!
If you are looking for guidance to naturally heal and help yourself and your loved ones, this book is a must! I listened all the way through and ordered the paper copy immediately to use as a reference guide as I so desperately want to reverse my son's autism diagnosis as well. I also want to share this book with every new mom I know to help them make informed decisions for their babies. We all know someone that can benefit from what you will learn. Jodie shares her heart and soul so beautifully that you will be captivated by her tenacity and strength. I am forever grateful that I have been given hope through her wisdom and willingness to share it all! We want healing for our children but don't really know where to start or who to trust. I trust Jodie.
Jodie Meschuk will forever be one of my heroes. I thank God for this book and Jodie's willingness to pour daily into others and the members of her community. You will love her and her tribe :)
