Good Info, Basic Beginner's Guide
There was a lot of good basic information, but you could learn literally everything in it by looking on Google. It's a great option if you don't have time to read and are planning on listening while you multitask. I was hoping for more info and secret tips and tricks.The narrator was good.

Very nice brief about auras
if you have no idea what an aura is, get into this book, it has a real nice base related to auras and then you could go further!

This was really just bad.
