Firefighter Krys finds a box of kittens while fighting a barn fire. She takes them to Dr Siobhan O'Connor, who is a large animal vet. Krys is a player and Siobhan likes to keep to herself.
Sparks fly and will there be a resulting fire?
Hildred Billings/Cynthia Dane is such a great writer! I highly recommend all of her books.
