    After a long break, we're back with more stories from the students and alumni of Pacific University's School of Audiology.

    On today's episode you'll hear a student-led interviews with Dr. Madison Ensley, a recent Pacific grad who spent a good part of the last year going through the process of getting a cochlear implant. You will also hear an interview that a group of our current second year students did with Drs. Kenzi Dixon and Nicole Bauer about working for a cochlear implant manufacturer.

    We're back for episode two! Audiology Amplified is a podcast by the students of the Pacific University School of Audiology! Hosts Jerae Bryant and Phillip Lee interview students about the field of audiology, life at Pacific, and other topics that affect grad students.

    On this episode, we meet some of the School of Audiology's second year students who recently returned from their first clinical internship. They discuss transitioning from the classroom to the clinic and how life is different working 40 hours a week along side audiologists in the field.

11/23/22 audiology amplified presented by Pacific University

I have been struggling with my PHONAK Audeo hearing aids and I appreciate this podcast and hope it continues to be on Audible podcasts. I’m in particular I liked. The different voices and the high audio quality many podcasts sound tinny, but this podcast has excellent audio.

Requests in the future could you talk about:
1 AURAL therapy after getting HA pre / post
2 best practices for wearing hearing aids
3 compare/contrast training, education and roles of Audiologist and Speech language therapists . Who provides aural therapy?
4 how and where hearing aid / people with hearing loss can learn more by themselves because it seems like Insurance will never provide enough paid Audiologist time for patient education….like could you post your audiology Quizlets on a podcast show page?
5 how can Listeners be helpful?
